What you will do

• Develop and deliver Data Science solutions that enhance decision making and customer experience.
• Lead stakeholder engagement, simplifying technical concepts and building trusted relationships.
• Identify, source, and engineer data to ensure quality, completeness, and readiness for modelling.
• Conduct exploratory data analysis and create repeatable, scalable data preparation patterns.
• Visualise insights and model outputs to a high standard using best‑practice data storytelling.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to automate and productionise Data Science solutions.

Requirements

• A degree in a quantitative field or equivalent relevant experience.
• Strong experience manipulating high‑volume datasets with excellent attention to detail.
• Solid understanding of Machine Learning techniques and explainable AI approaches.
• Proficiency in SQL and experience with programming languages such as Python or R.
• Hands‑on experience developing and deploying Machine Learning models in commercial or research settings.
• Ability to gather requirements, manage expectations and work effectively with a range of stakeholders.
