Solutions Engineer (Kubernetes)

What you will do

• Collaborate with Account Executives for technical qualification and discovery of prospect environments and business objectives.
• Lead and own the technical validation and Proof of Concepts (POCs) for PerfectScale, ensuring successful outcomes.
• Develop and deliver tailored PerfectScale platform demonstrations to prospects.
• Create compelling business cases and ROI analyses demonstrating value, cost savings, and performance improvements.
• Act as the internal expert for PerfectScale, ensuring optimal results and seamless implementation.
• Drive the technical win for PerfectScale engagements, addressing technical requirements and building confidence.
• Represent hirify.global and PerfectScale at events and conferences, delivering engaging presentations.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a Solutions Engineering role within a B2B SaaS company, focused on DevOps, Platform Engineering, SRE, or FinOps.
• Deep and demonstrable understanding of Kubernetes (EKS, AKS, GKE, OpenShift) and associated DevOps best practices.
• Hands-on experience with SaaS solutions focusing on cloud environments (observability, optimization, FinOps, Platform Engineering).
• Exceptional data analysis skills, including identifying trends and extracting actionable insights from monitoring solutions (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog).
• Strong track record of leveraging product data to construct compelling business cases and ROI justifications.
• Outstanding verbal, written, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills, with confidence and expertise to present on complex topics.

Nice to have

• Prior professional experience as a Kubernetes DevOps Engineer, Platform Engineer, SRE, or FinOps professional.
• Proven history of success in a fast-paced and scaling business within the cloud and/or Kubernetes management domain.
