What you will do
- Define the multi-year creative architecture and global brand identity for the apparel functi.
- Direct high-impact campaigns and collaboratis with global talent and cultural voices.
- Lead and mentor multidisciplinary teams including art directors, copywriters, and spatial designers.
- Act as the primary interface between the creative functi and Executive Leadership.
- Establish and track KPIs to measure the success of creative initiatives and brand health.
- Simplify and prioritize complex brand initiatives to focus high-value growth opportunities.
Requirements
hirify.globalg>15+ years of experience in brand management and creative directi within premium sportswear, fashi, or luxury industries. hirify.globalg>hirify.globalg>8+ years of experience managing Director-level leaders and complex, multi-category portfolios. hirify.globalg>- Proven ability to build 5-year strategic plans and align C-suite and cross-functial leadership.
- Strg creative intuiti rooted in design, culture, art, and architecture.
- Exceptial executive presence and communicati skills for large-scale presentatis.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and build operatial frameworks for global teams.
