What you will do

• Lead features from initial concept through to production deployment with a high degree of autonomy.

• Prototype and ship new features at breakneck speed without compromising system integrity.
• Solve complex technical challenges unique to high-scale crypto platforms where efficiency is the top priority.

Requirements

• Deep experience in web application development, specifically with TypeScript, React, Next.js, and Node.js.
• Proven track record of building high-performance, scalable platforms that handle real-time user interactions.
• Familiarity with DeFi or blockchain technologies, or a documented obsession and the ability to learn them instantly.
• Experience in high-growth, fast-paced startup environments where speed and impact are the primary metrics of success.
• Ability to thrive in ambiguity, breaking down complex challenges into executable solutions.
