What you will do

• Help build automation to enhance security team processes and systems.
• Work closely with security and engineering teams to identify, analyze, and mitigate security vulnerabilities.
• Explore hirify.global’s software portfolio, architecture, and core platforms.
• Assist in securing applications by exploring and implementing security best practices.
• Support development by using commercial and open-source security technologies.

Requirements

• Have an interest in Cybersecurity and Application security.
• Possess a positive, "can-do" attitude and a proactive mindset.
• Are a natural problem-solver with strong analytical skills.
• Communicate effectively with excellent written and spoken English.
• Are currently pursuing (or have completed) Higher Education in IT or a related field.

Nice to have

• Understanding the Secure Software Development Lifecycle.
• Experience with at least one programming language (e.g., Java, Python, or JavaScript).
• Familiarity with security tools like Burp Suite, OWASP ZAP, or SAST/DAST scanners.
• Hands-on experience with scripting.
• Foundational knowledge of secure coding and design principles.
