What you will do

• Partner with managers to align HR strategies and programs with business needs and goals.
• Provide guidance on HR policies, procedures, and performance management to managers and employees.
• Coach managers on talent assessment, development, succession, and organizational effectiveness.
• Manage employee relations issues and ensure compliance with employment laws.
• Collaborate with the HR team on training and employee engagement initiatives.

Requirements

• 5-8 years of working experience in an HRBP role in a high-tech company.
• BA in Behavioral Sciences, Human Resources, or a related field required.
• Background in Organizational Development (OD).
• Experience with a rapid and complex changing work environment.
• Excellent relationship-building, coaching, and analytical skills.
• English: B2 required.
