What you will do

• Work in an Agile environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Design, develop, and unit test solutions of any size or complexity.
• Produce clean, high-quality code and provide effective solutions for defects.
• Lead technical discussions and planning sessions.
• Guide architectural decision sessions.
• Support, advise, and share knowledge with other team members and stakeholders.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience in Java.
• Strong knowledge of Relational Databases, JUnit, CI/CD, Domain Driven Design, and Dependency Management.
• Deep understanding of software development lifecycle best-practices.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken).
• T-shaped skill profile focused on backend development.

Nice to have

• Experience with Spring Boot.
• Experience in Docker and Kubernetes for large-scale microservices deployment.
• Knowledge of NoSQL, microservices, distributed systems, and event-driven architectures.
• Experience with Cloud Providers like Azure, AWS, Google Cloud.
• Experience with GitHub Actions and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform).
