Location: Hybrid (3 days onsite per week) in Taguig City, Metro Manila

What you will do

• Lead workshops and interviews to capture business requirements, user stories, and use cases.
• Identify inefficiencies in workflows and propose solutions to optimize business processes.
• Act as liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure alignment.
• Assist with project planning, monitoring, and transition from project phases to BAU.
• Create reports, dashboards, and visualizations to communicate findings and track KPIs.

Requirements

• Proactive and analytical with strong technical acumen and a proven record in driving business improvement initiatives.
• Experienced with Salesforce and Microsoft Fabric, as well as Commission and Marketing tools.
• Ability to translate business needs into actionable requirements, support transformation initiatives and deliver data-driven insights that enhance operational efficiency and business performance.
• Project Management Certification is desirable.
