Location: Hybrid (3 days onsite per week) in Taguig City, Metro Manila, Philippines

What you will do

• Lead requirements gathering, documenting business processes and workflows.
• Identify inefficiencies, propose solutions, and conduct cost-benefit analysis for process optimization.
• Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring alignment and validating deliverables.
• Assist with project planning, monitoring, and supporting QA teams.
• Create reports, dashboards, and perform data discovery to support decision-making.

Requirements

• Proactive and analytical with strong technical acumen and a proven record in driving business improvement initiatives.
• Experienced with Salesforce and Microsoft Fabric, as well as Commission and Marketing tools.
• Ability to translate business needs into actionable requirements and deliver data-driven insights.
• English: B2 required
