Location: Hybrid work model in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig, Philippines, requiring at least 2 days per week in the office.

What you will do

• Process information from disclosure responses and shareholder data into hirify.global's proprietary database, adhering to quality checklists.
• Research, analyze, and validate ownership data to ensure accuracy and completeness of reports.
• Generate reports and summarize key movements and trends in the shareholder base, ensuring timely delivery.
• Write insightful commentaries and analyses of shareholder data.
• Collaborate with global counterparts to complete client deliverables and provide progress updates.
• Raise critical issues to management that affect report delivery and client satisfaction.
• Work with Managers/Team Leads/Senior Analysts on data quality, process efficiency, and productivity improvement initiatives.
• Participate in root cause analysis (RCA) discussions and recommend solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or Economics.
• At least 1 year of relevant experience (fresh graduates with relevant internships are also welcome to apply).
• English: Above average to excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
• Proficiency in MS Office Tools (Excel, Word, Outlook), Visual Basic for Applications (VBA), and Adobe Pro.
• Flexibility to work on day-shift throughout the work week and at least twice a week in the hirify.global office at Bonifacio Global City, Taguig.
