TL;DR

Customer Service Intern: Simplifying the process of tracking service engineers' planning, automating routine activities, and creating controls for KPIs linked to the team's process with an accent on data management and process optimization. Focus on improving efficiency and data accuracy within the customer service team.

Location: Must be based in Cuautitlán Izcalli, Mexico with availability to work in a hybrid way (3 days on-site, 2 days at home).

What you will do

  • Simplify the process of tracking service engineers' planning.
  • Automate routine activities as much as possible.
  • Create controls for KPIs linked to the team's process.

Requirements

  • Bachelor Studies in progress: Industrial Engineering, Robotics, Automation, Systems Engineering, Data Science, Actuarial Science, or any other related field.
  • Microsoft Office (Excel- Intermediate)
  • Power BI and Programming Desirable
  • Intermediate English – Can hold basic conversations and has strong reading and writing skills.
  • Proactive approach, strong verbal communication skills, and a high ability to convey information clearly and effectively.
  • Availability for the Program: August 03 to July 05, 2027.
  • Estimated graduation date: July 2027 or later.
  • Availability to work in a hybrid way (3 days on-site, 2 days at home) 6 hours a day from Monday to Friday from 8 am to 2 pm.
