What you will do

• Assist partners and consultants in business development and research mapping strategies.
• Create research ideas for business development projects and manage candidate research.
• Support Managing Partners and recruiters with search strategies and presentations.
• Generate target company lists, provide contact details, and identify potential candidates.
• Prepare company overviews for account teams and ensure data quality in the CRM.
• Manage online job board postings and resume searching for candidate sourcing.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate degree program with a graduation date of Spring/Summer 2027.
• Minimum 3.2 GPA.
• Must be based in the United States and work in a hybrid format in Chicago, Illinois.
