What you will do
- Design and deliver high-quality Assessment & Succession solutions, including role profiling and succession planning frameworks.
- Lead and manage client relationships and complex multi-service line projects, defining scope, outcomes, and resourcing.
- Conduct research and analysis to identify opportunities and contribute to proposals and pitch preparation.
- Provide high-impact feedback and development planning based on assessment insights, partnering with internal experts.
- Design and facilitate leadership development programs and experiences, including coaching and virtual/in-person sessions.
- Develop program materials (learning architecture, instructional design, workbooks) and collaborate with co-facilitators and client stakeholders.
Requirements
- Relevant advanced degree (Master’s or Doctorate) preferred; minimum 7+ years of relevant experience in professional services or in-house HR/talent roles.
- Established credentials in leadership assessment, succession, and talent management, with ability to build credibility with senior stakeholders.
- Experience with assessment tools and methodologies (e.g., cognitive, behavioral, 360°) and turning insights into development plans; certifications valued.
- Professional training as a business coach (e.g., ICF or equivalent) and proven track record in leadership development design, facilitation, and executive coaching.
- Experience conducting needs analyses and designing integrated talent, assessment, and leadership development solutions.
- Fluency in Dutch & English.
