What you will do

• Analyze operational processes to identify areas for improvement.
• Translate regulatory and business needs into clear, actionable requirements.
• Collaborate with Compliance Officers, Product, Analytics, and Development teams.
• Develop a strong understanding of AML operations.
• Work with operational metrics to identify process improvements.

Requirements

• Interest in AML, compliance, and financial regulations.
• Basic SQL knowledge and comfort using data for analysis.
• Experience in gathering and documenting business requirements.
• Strong analytical and structured thinking skills.
• Experience working in cross-functional teams.
• English: B2+ level

Nice to have

• Experience working with AML processes and/or banking industry experience.
• Experience working with operational dashboards or KPIs.
• Skills in working with Superset and Tableau.
• Understanding of API and Kafka.
