What you will do
- Build and manage relationships with school and district leaders for successful GROW program implementation.
- Serve as the primary point of contact post-sale, ensuring consistent communication and alignment on goals and logistics.
- Proactively manage implementation timelines, track deliverables, and monitor program KPIs using tools like Asana and Airtable.
- Lead orientation and professional development for educators on GROW expectations, processes, and platform usage.
- Partner with internal teams including sales, academic services, and product to ensure a unified customer experience.
Requirements
- 1-2 years experience working with customers within a SaaS company or in a Customer Success role.
- Ability to leverage data in all decision-making processes.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Outstanding organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and requests.
- Willingness to travel 35%-40% of the time.
