What you will do

• Define and own the end-to-end delivery model and governance structure for SAP transitions.
• Manage the entire SAP project lifecycle, including budgets, resources, and milestones.
• Lead cross-functional teams including functional, technical, data, and change management consultants.
• Ensure project adherence to SAP Activate methodology and formal change control procedures.
• Develop and track data migration roadmaps, quality processes, and defect resolution.
• Facilitate steering committee meetings and executive briefings for senior stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum 8+ years of project management experience.
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in SAP implementation projects, specifically S/4HANA.
• Strong knowledge of SAP Activate methodology and migration tools like LSMW or Migration Cockpit.
• Proven ability to manage stakeholder relationships in matrixed, global environments.
• Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira and MS Project.

Nice to have

• PMP or PRINCE2 certification.
• Previous experience with retail industry processes.
