Salary: $3,360–$3,680 per month

What you will do

• Assist in building and refining dashboards to track incident trends, infrastructure health, and performance metrics.
• Help document and validate IT asset workflows, support CMDB integration, and assist with procurement tracking.
• Contribute to the IT Compliance Library and help track open operational/security risks.
• Support audit calendar development and evidence collection.
• Collaborate with InfoSec, Agile Enablement, and Software Development teams to support infrastructure stability and platform optimization.
• Develop and maintain documentation for workflows, dashboards, and compliance artifacts to support operational transparency and audit readiness.

Requirements

• Currently completing an undergraduate degree from a creditable Canadian institution with a focus on computer science, software engineering or similar field
• Experience and understanding of system design, databases, networking (across multi cloud footprint) & process automation.
• Prior experience and knowledge with Service now, Jira, Confluence, Audit board, Ansible, Terraform, Satellite.
• A self-starter mindset with a drive for continuous learning.
• Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills along with strong analysis and problem-solving skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with DevSecOps tools and processes.
• Prior co-op experience in similar roles (System engineering, IT operations, process engineering, System architecture).
• Experience in Azure, AWS, OCP, VMware, Dynatrace, App D, Dell Data Domain.
• Understanding Agile methodologies and processes.
