What you will do

• Coordinate and arrange all candidate interviews, including booking travel accommodations for non-local candidates.
• Manage candidates in Greenhouse (applicant tracking system).
• Champion an exceptional candidate experience from start to finish.
• Coordinate complex interview schedules across global time zones with multiple participants.
• Collaborate with Talent Partners (recruiters) to align candidate experience and facilitate processes.
• Assist the Talent Acquisition team in tracking metrics, candidate surveys and reporting.

Requirements

• High-volume recruitment coordination experience.
• Self-directed, detail-oriented, problem solver with a burning desire to contribute.
• Ability to develop strong trusting relationships in a demanding and high-performing work environment.
• Strong collaboration, written and verbal communication skills.
• Gmail, Google Calendar and Google docs proficiency.
• Experience working with an Applicant Tracking system or CRM.
• English language skills are required.
