What you will do

• Manage and grow internship and in-house program pipelines.
• Execute sourcing strategies and facilitate the interview process for candidates.
• Maintain real-time data in applicant tracking systems and reporting tools.
• Organize and assist with various recruitment events and conferences.
• Collaborate with the team to introduce fresh ideas and optimize recruiting processes.

Requirements

• 8+ years of university recruiting experience.
• Fluent in English.
• Willingness and ability to travel to recruiting conferences and events.
• Creative thinker with a deep understanding of the current candidate landscape.
• Self-starter capable of prioritizing tasks and turning ideas into action.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in another Asian language.
