Location: Hybrid (San Francisco, CA) with an expectation to be in the office at least 25% of the time. Visa sponsorship is available.

Salary: $190,000 – $260,000 USD

What you will do

• Own implementation of design system components and page templates for interactive pages and data visualizations.
• Work within and improve a headless CMS architecture, including content modeling and structured data workflows.
• Collaborate closely with designers to translate design into interactive web experiences.
• Contribute to internal tools that enable teams to author, manage, and publish content at scale.
• Participate in site architecture projects and migrations under senior guidance.
• Quickly prototype and iterate from concept to working proof-of-concept.

Requirements

• Solid experience with modern frontend frameworks, particularly Next.js or similar React-based tooling, and comfort within a design system.
• Strong understanding of CSS for implementing complex layouts, animations, and interactive experiences.
• Hands-on experience with headless CMS platforms, content modeling, and structured data workflows.
• Experience building internal tools or contributing to workflows that improve team efficiency.
• Ability to prototype quickly and iterate confidently.
• Clear communication skills for collaborating with designers and engineers.
• Track record of contributing to production web properties at a mid-level scope.

Nice to have

• Experience with AI-assisted development workflows.
• Interest in generative or programmatic design.
