What you will do

• Build and optimize core systems for enterprise APIs and authentication.
• Develop and redevelop enterprise solutions for hirify.global’s product portfolio, primarily in C#.
• Utilize evolving AI tooling to accelerate development.
• Upskill and handover new codebases/solutions to existing product teams.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in a senior software engineering role.
• Extensive Fullstack (C#/TSQL/React) hands-on development experience.
• Self-starting problem solver who is easy to work with.
• Practical experience utilizing the latest AI technologies to accelerate development (e.g., GitHub Copilot).
• Ability to rapidly develop and ship tested code.
• Solid experience writing automated integration tests, ideally BDD style.
• Excellent communication skills.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with writing enterprise Java applications.
• Team lead experience.
• Implementing AI solutions in the enterprise.
• Process automation.
• Experience with DevOps pipelines, particularly GitHub Actions and Jenkins.
