What you will do

• Conduct periodic title reviews, traveling onsite at studio locations globally as well as virtually.
• Drive title review preparations, partnering with studios and coordinating with internal groups.
• Foster positive relationships by building trust and driving alignment across development teams, executive leadership, and support groups.
• Partner with studio leadership to gain a holistic understanding of the game and studio goals to provide actionable insights.
• Collect and share best practices by working with and learning from PlayStation’s collection of world-class studios.
• Act as an interpreter, diplomat, and advocate for the title review process to increase transparency with all stakeholders.

Requirements

• Minimum of 6 years of experience in game production.
• Strong understanding of the game development lifecycle and industry best practices across multiple game types, genres, platforms, and business models.
• Ability to review and analyze development stage deliverables (creative, financial, and business-related) to determine if games are tracking as expected and according to schedule.
• Well-organized and analytical with a strong emphasis on communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to prioritize, plan, and execute simultaneously across multiple projects with varying stakeholders.
• Familiarity working with global teams across different time zones.

Nice to have

• Leadership or managerial experience is a plus.
• Experience with tools for user research, playtesting, and metrics analysis.
