What you will do

• Own production and end-to-end delivery of features and content for one or more strike teams.
• Partner with discipline leads to build and maintain project plans, schedules, resource allocations, and roadmaps.
• Collaborate and align with game teams on features and roadmaps, driving stakeholder management.
• Provide transparent communications on project status and risks to stakeholders.
• Lead scope conversations and scenario planning with multiple leaders to balance priorities.
• Manage internal and external resources, budget forecasts, and improve development processes.

Requirements

• Experience on AAA games or game platforms from concept to release.
• Previous experience in a production role managing cross-functional teams in creating and delivering complex projects.
• Ability to lead roadmap planning activities, including feedback collection, requirements gathering, and initiative build-out.
• Deep understanding of game development, software development process, and project management practices.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with varying levels of stakeholders within your team and throughout the company.
