Location: Remote working predominantly with 2 days in the office per week.

What you will do

• Write engaging content for social channels.
• Produce long & short-form storytelling for a variety of social & digital placements.
• Lead on the creation & delivery of high-impact editorial calendars.
• Push creative thinking & work closely with creatives, producers, video editors & co-creators to develop compelling stories to support your editorial plans.
• Adapt content ideas & copy for different social media channels, understanding platform nuances and tone.

Requirements

• Ability to write accurate, clear, concise, and grammatically correct copy.
• A strong understanding of storytelling for short-form content.
• A background in writing for different social channels (including dark formats).
• An ability to flex your content ideas & tone across different brands/sectors.
• A good understanding of commercial content and what stories will be attractive to which audiences.
• A keen eye for cultural trends & an ability to ideate reactively.

Nice to have

• Experience generating content ideas for Reddit, Twitch & Discord.
• Experience pulling together shotlists / writing scripts & attending client shoots.
• Understanding of video editing capabilities / experience with social editing tools.
