Salary: $198,600 - $297,800 USD annually

hirify.global is seeking a Production Director to join our team working on Project Sirius, a multiplayer game set within the world of The Witcher.

What you will do

• Work alongside the project’s Directors group, shaping project-wide strategy beyond production.
• Oversee and manage the Lead Producers directly, and provides mentorship for the full production team.
• Build team structures that enable scalability, strong cross-functional collaboration and long-term project success.
• Oversee management of project backlog, Jira methodologies, tools, workflows, and production practices.
• Anticipate risks, implement mitigation strategies, and escalate critical issues to the Executive Producer.

Requirements

• At least 5+ years of experience as a Lead Producer or Production Director in game development, with a proven track record of leading large-scale, successful AAA projects and managing producers.
• Ability to self-drive, work autonomously, and deliver.
• Demonstrated experience in leading cross-functional teams, in an Agile environment.
• Experience building, growing, and maintaining productive teams.
• Deep understanding of the pipelines in the game development process, and proven track record of instilling process and workflows.
• Experience with Jira and Confluence.

Nice to have

• Experience producing games in UE4/UE5
• Familiarity with CDPR products
