What you will do

• Drive the full recruitment cycle for complex and niche positions.
• Lead executive search projects, including market mapping and direct outreach.
• Partner with business leaders to define hiring strategies and provide market insights.
• Own and manage the end-to-end hiring pipeline, ensuring transparency and accurate forecasting.
• Proactively source and engage candidates using advanced techniques and international market research.
• Use recruitment analytics to monitor funnel performance and drive process improvements.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Tech and non-IT recruitment (Legal, Finance, HR, Marketing, SEO, IT Admins).
• Strong expertise in full-cycle recruitment with international hiring and relocation experience to Cyprus.
• Strong knowledge of the Cyprus labor market.
• Ability to manage 7–10 vacancies concurrently.
• Ability to build and develop strategic partnerships with hiring managers.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in Greek and English.
