Location: This is an office-based role located in Nicosia, Cyprus. In most cases, team members are expected to be in the office at least four days a week.

What you will do

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for product management and go-to-market roles across UK, EMEA, and US locations.
• Operate with a high level of autonomy.
• Contribute to shaping transparent and efficient recruitment processes.
• Participate in marketing and PR activities to improve the HR brand.

Requirements

• 2+ years of recruitment experience in a challenging environment (scale-up, large tech, consulting, VC/PE, or well-known recruitment agency).
• Cross-border and cross-cultural experience.
• Great communication skills and a client-centered approach.
• Self-discipline and ability to work autonomously.
• Fluent English.
