What you will do

• Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders, leveraging market expertise and data-driven insights.
• Own and manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, ensuring timely, high-quality, and positive experiences.
• Partner with stakeholders and HR business partners to enhance the Talent Acquisition function’s impact.
• Drive efficiency and consistency in the hiring process, participating in projects to create a seamless experience.

Requirements

• Demonstrated ability to proactively own the entire recruitment lifecycle.
• Expertise in planning, executing, and optimizing the candidate interview process.
• Experience in building and managing relationships with hiring managers, senior business leaders, and PnC partners.
• Experience in collecting, analyzing, and leveraging market insights and recruitment data.
