What you will do
- Collect, verify, and process invoices from IT vendors and service providers.
- Reconcile IT expenses against budgets and and maintain detailed billing records.
- Maintain and update the Trelica system for accurate SaaS inventory and license tracking.
- Identify underutilized, duplicate, or inactive licenses to optimize costs.
- Define and document end-to-end invoice collection and management processes for IT.
- Collaborate with Finance, Procurement, and Legal teams to improve transparency and governance.
Requirements
- Experience: 2-4 years in IT operations, procurement, finance coordination, or SaaS asset management.
- Familiarity with Trelica, SaaS Management Platforms, or IT Asset Management tools.
- Proficiency in Google Sheets/Excel, data analysis, and reporting.
- Understanding of IT vendor ecosystems (cloud services, software licensing, subscriptions).
- Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset.
- Excellent communication and vendor management skills.
Nice to have
- Comfortable working cross-functionally with IT, Finance, and Procurement teams.
- Exposure to ERP systems, accounting software, or purchase order workflows.
- Basic familiarity with APIs or integrations between IT tools and finance systems.
- ITIL Foundation, FinOps Practitioner, or Procurement/Finance certifications.
