What you will do

  • Oversee and monitor compliance with special tax regimes in various countries.
  • Lead financial department methodology, defining and implementing operational standards.
  • Build and automate invoicing processes within internal company systems.
  • Manage accounts receivable and ensure timely receipt of funds.
  • Prepare cash flow calendars and monitor financial flows, identifying risks.
  • Collaborate with the sales department to ensure financial discipline.

Requirements

  • Higher education in finance, economics, or accounting.
  • Deep understanding of tax and accounting principles.
  • Experience with financial models and complex analytical data.
  • Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical abilities.
  • Autonomy to lead projects from idea to implementation.
  • English proficiency at Intermediate level or higher (B2).

Nice to have

  • Experience working at Big Four companies or large multinational corporations.
  • Knowledge of IT park operational specifics.
