What you will do
- Manage the candidate selection by thoroughly screening CVs and evaluating candidates against desired characteristics.
- Lead sourcing initiatives to find and engage active and passive candidates across various pipelines and geographies.
- Provide a best-in-class candidate experience by managing candidate communications and educating candidates on available opportunities.
- Own the full recruiting lifecycle, managing the end-to-end process from talent attraction and selection to drafting contracts and conducting background checks.
- Build strong relationships with the Technology & Strategy leadership team by navigating hiring manager preferences and aligning with the recruiting philosophy.
- Collaborate on ad-hoc projects to drive process improvements and enhance the experience for candidates and internal stakeholders.
Requirements
- Hold a Bachelor’s degree with strong academic credentials.
- Have 1-2 years of experience in recruiting.
- Be highly driven and proactive with excellent planning and organisational skills to meet tight deadlines and prioritise your workload in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills to confidently, clearly, and convincingly convey your message to candidates, hiring managers, and other teams.
- Be meticulous with obsessive attention to detail and a methodical approach to work.
- Possess an adaptable mindset, open to iterating your approach to recruiting and adapting flexibility to challenges.
