Salary: $136,000 – $200,000/year

What you will do
- Lead technical initiatives across Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) from problem discovery and design through implementation and long-term ownership.
- Operate with a high degree of autonomy, translating ambiguous business and product problems into well-designed technical solutions.
- Drive delivery across multiple teams, coordinating dependencies, setting technical direction, and unblocking execution.
- Design, develop, and ship production systems that are scalable, reliable, and aligned with long-term architectural goals.
- Partner closely with product, design, and engineering leadership to influence roadmap decisions and ensure technical feasibility.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineers across teams, multiplying impact through design reviews, code reviews, and informal coaching.
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience leading complex technical initiatives that span multiple services, teams, or domains.
- Strong full-stack design and development background, grounded in solid software engineering fundamentals.
- Deep understanding of modern SaaS architectures, including API design, cloud-native deployment, scalability, reliability, and service observability.
- Proven ability to make high-quality technical tradeoffs, balancing speed of delivery with long-term platform health and maintainability.
- Natural technical leadership and influence, demonstrated through mentoring and design reviews.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Ability to work a hybrid schedule in the Newton, MA area.
- US work authorization is required; unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of employment visas.
