What you will do

• Lead technical initiatives across Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) from problem discovery and design through implementation and long-term ownership.
• Operate with a high degree of autonomy, translating ambiguous business and product problems into well-designed technical solutions.
• Drive delivery across multiple teams, coordinating dependencies, setting technical direction, and unblocking execution.
• Design, develop, and ship production systems that are scalable, reliable, and aligned with long-term architectural goals.
• Partner closely with product, design, and engineering leadership to influence roadmap decisions and ensure technical feasibility.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineers across teams, multiplying impact through design reviews, code reviews, and informal coaching.

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience leading complex technical initiatives that span multiple services, teams, or domains.
• Strong full-stack design and development background, grounded in solid software engineering fundamentals.
• Deep understanding of modern SaaS architectures, including API design, cloud-native deployment, scalability, reliability, and service observability.
• Proven ability to make high-quality technical tradeoffs, balancing speed of delivery with long-term platform health and maintainability.
• Natural technical leadership and influence, demonstrated through mentoring and design reviews.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Ability to work a hybrid schedule in the Newton, MA area.
• US work authorization is required; unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of employment visas.
