Salary: $75,000–$140,000 base plus quarterly performance bonuses.

What you will do

• Assist in preparing and deploying new infrastructure for upcoming launches.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and network issues within U.S. data centers.
• Manage and coordinate remote IT operations by collaborating with smart hands in co-located facilities.
• Travel for on-site installations and technical support as required.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams and external contractors to ensure seamless project execution.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation detailing service operations and best practices.

Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in project planning and technical problem-solving.
• Strong understanding of network technologies, including data center, server, and network equipment.
• Proficiency in IT hardware components, diagnostics, and troubleshooting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Willingness to travel regularly for business trips.
• Valid Driving License.

Nice to have

• Relevant certifications (e.g., CCNA, CCNP).
• ITIL or/and PMI Certification.
