What you will do

• Build and optimize web experiences in collaboration with the Website Manager.
• Maintain and improve continuous integration/deployment pipelines and scalable architectures.
• Implement high-velocity experiments in web properties, signup funnel, and marketing campaigns.
• Create and execute plans to ensure websites have best-in-class performance, information architecture, SEO, AEO, and accessibility.
• Architect and implement integrations and data flows between Marketing, Sales, and Product systems.
• Utilize Contentful, Vercel, Segment, and Amplitude to manage and optimize web experiences and analytics tracking.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in frontend or full-stack development, with a strong focus on web performance and scalability.
• Expertise in TypeScript and modern frontend frameworks, particularly Svelte (or willingness to learn it).
• Proven experience building, launching, and iterating on web applications in a high-growth or developer-focused company.
• Deep understanding of UI/UX best practices, accessibility standards, and SEO optimization.
• Experience implementing and scaling A/B testing frameworks to drive data-driven product decisions.
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to debug complex technical issues.

Nice to have

• Experience in developing, implementing, and managing architectural strategies, experiment stacks and frameworks, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and analytics to drive web performance improvements and inform strategic decisions.
• Expertise in using web platforms, tools, and headless CMSs such as Contentful, Vercel, Segment, Marketo, Salesforce, and Amplitude for building, maintaining, and measuring the outcomes of highly performant user experiences.
