IAM Operations Analyst

TL;DR

IAM Operations Analyst: Participating in low to moderately complex initiatives and identifying opportunities for process improvements within Information Security Analysis with an accent on reviewing and analyzing security assignments and compliance requirements. Focus on presenting recommendations for resolving complex situations and developing an understanding of security functions and procedures.

Location: Charlotte, NC. This is a hybrid role requiring 3 days in office.

What you will do

• Participate in low to moderately complex initiatives within Information Security Analysis.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements related to information security.
• Review and analyze basic or tactical Information Security Analysis assignments.
• Present recommendations for resolving low- to moderately complex situations.
• Provide information to client personnel in Information Security Analysis.

Requirements

• 2+ years of Information Security Analysis experience.
• Hands-on experience with IAM Tools such as SailPoint, Okta, CyberArk, Ping, and Microsoft Entra ID.
• Experience with authentication standards including LDAP, SAML, OAuth, OpenID, and SCIM.
• Experience with security compliance frameworks like ISO, NIST, SOX, and PCI.
• Ability to interact with various layers of leadership, prioritize work, and meet deadlines.
• Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and customer service skills.
• Intermediate Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Access, Project).
• Must be willing to work on a W2 contract ONLY, NO C2C.
