What you will do

• Collaborate with Sales, Solution Architecture, and Implementation teams to drive client engagement and revenue.
• Plan and execute end-to-end integration engineering, from high-level architecture to code implementation.
• Provide technical expertise on hirify.global's products and API architecture to users and the developer community.
• Serve as the primary technical point of contact for large users' and partners' technical teams.
• Showcase technical thought leadership and provide recommendations to product and engineering teams.
• Lead the establishment of a new regional office and foster a collaborative culture.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in Software Engineering or Integration Engineering.
• Demonstrated Technical Leadership on a large user-facing project.
• Comfortable with various code-level debugging (hirify.global code and user code).
• Ability to clearly explain technical concepts and hirify.global's product/API architecture.
• A user-first approach with strong empathy for users.
• Confident interaction with customers.
• Strong generalist technical experience and excellent communication skills.
