TL;DR

Software Architect: Defining and communicating the technical vision for Signal and Location Services and other hirify.global applications, designing and building low friction APIs, highly responsive web UIs, and the backend. with an accent on API design, architecture ownership, and solving complex problems. Focus on driving non-functional requirements, mentoring developers, eliminating technical debt, and leading adoption of emerging technologies.

Location: Galway, Ireland (Hybrid: 3 days in-office minimum). Relocation and visa sponsorship assistance are available.

What you will do

• Architect and design core components of hirify.global’s products, including APIs, services, middleware, and user interfaces.
• Write clean, maintainable C# code and contribute directly to product development.
• Own and drive non-functional requirements such as performance, scalability, and security.
• Document and advocate best practices in software design, coding standards, and engineering principles.
• Review and guide development teams on design decisions, performance optimization, and secure coding practices.
• Prototype solutions, identify and help eliminate technical debt, and lead adoption of emerging technologies.

Requirements

• Expertise in Computer Science with an excellent understanding of math, algorithms, data structures, design patterns, and software architecture.
• 10+ years of combined experience architecting, designing, and implementing multi-tiered software applications.
• Strong experience in programming languages such as C#, .NET, JavaScript, Angular, Node JS, MVC.
• Excellent hands-on knowledge of relational data models, SQL (MS SQL server), NoSQL Databases, and ElasticSearch.
• Good knowledge of designing and deploying applications in AWS or Azure, and CI/CD process and SonarCube integration.
• English: B2 required.
