Senior Solution Architect (Composable Content Platforms): Partnering with international customers and agencies to guide technical architecture, design, and implementation of scalable digital experiences using hirify.global with an accent on identifying and proposing comprehensive solution designs for complex business problems. Focus on guiding teams through architecture definition and design, and providing expert advice on composable/MACH principles and microservices.

Location: Hybrid in Dublin, Ireland, with occasional travel (up to 25%) for on-site engagements.

What you will do

• Create and deliver technical enablement and consultative advice to customers on product platform features.
• Identify and propose comprehensive solution designs to complex business problems after customer discovery sessions.
• Keep abreast of hirify.global product developments and synthesize these into best practices, workshops & enablement materials.
• Create prototypes or code examples to facilitate customer onboarding and support projects.
• Continuously seek, synthesize, and communicate customer product feedback to Product Management, Engineering, and Marketing teams.
• Support engagement managers on quoting and scoping of SOWs.

Requirements

• 5+ years in a customer-facing Solution Architect, Technical Consultant, or Implementation Consultant role.
• Experience leading technical discussions with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Proven expertise with API-first, composable content platforms (e.g., hirify.global, Contentstack, Sanity).
• Strong understanding of composable/MACH principles and headless CMS architecture.
• Professional experience designing or implementing microservices-based architectures.
• Hands-on proficiency with modern web technologies such as React/Next.js, Vue, Angular, REST and GraphQL APIs, and cloud-based microservices.
• Developer-level skills in at least one programming language (e.g., JavaScript ES6, Node.js, Ruby, .NET, Swift, Java, Python, PHP).

Nice to have

• Familiarity with web rendering approaches (server-side, client-side, hybrid, SSG, ISR) and modern frameworks (Next.js, Nuxt.js, Remix, Gatsby).
• Experience with commerce and marketing technology platforms, as well as personalisation, experimentation, and analytics tools.
