TL;DR

UX/UI Designer (Life Sciences): Optimizing existing UX flows and maintaining/evolving the design system for a supply chain compliance management product with an accent on consistency, usability, and efficiency. Focus on translating complex requirements into intuitive user-friendly designs and applying data insights to optimize flows.

Location: Hybrid (Barcelona, Spain), with up to 3 months of remote work from anywhere. Must be able to commute to the Barcelona office a couple of times a week if needed. Relocation to Spain is possible.

What you will do

  • Improve user interfaces and optimize existing UX flows across hirify.global applications.
  • Maintain and evolve the design system, including components, patterns, and guidelines.
  • Translate product requirements and user feedback into clear wireframes and high-fidelity user-friendly designs.
  • Apply usability principles, user feedback, and data insights to optimize existing flows.
  • Partner with Product Managers and Engineers to ensure designs are technically feasible and aligned with business goals.
  • Contribute to end-to-end design of specific product features with growing autonomy.

Requirements

  • 3-4 years of experience as a UI/UX Designer with a strong focus on the UI part.
  • Experience designing for complex workflows or data-heavy interfaces (e.g., dashboards, management tools).
  • Proficiency in Figma, experience working with design systems, and familiarity with AI-powered design tools.
  • Ability to translate complex workflows into intuitive user experiences.
  • Understanding of usability principles, interaction design, and responsive design.
  • English: B2 required.
  • University degree in Design (HCI, Interaction, Graphic, Product), Psychology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Continuous work permit in Spain or openness to relocate to Spain is required.
