Decision Scientist (Fulfillment): focuses on actionable insights, identifying and sizing opportunities, and developing automated tools to increase the quality of product and business decisions with an accent on applying statistical methods and data-driven decision making across three business lines. Focus on proactively detecting potential bottlenecks, product improvements, or new business opportunities and evaluating initiatives using statistical methods and simulations.

Location: Hybrid work in Europe is required, with offices available in Vilnius, London, Hamburg, and Lille. Opportunity to spend up to 90 days per year on workation, with 21 days outside the EU.

Salary: €61,200–€82,800 gross per year.

What you will do

• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities and translate business requirements into data models.
• Propose and implement business performance metrics and set up monitoring.
• Enable self-service data leverage for business insights via dashboarding tools (e.g., Looker).
• Ensure new business initiatives are reviewed through a decision scientist's lens and proven impactful.
• Bring data-driven ideas to improve hub processes and proactively flag issues.
• Define the requirements for A/B testing and analyze the results of the tests.

Requirements

• Fluent in spoken and written English.
• Must be based in Europe for hybrid work arrangements.
• Proficient in SQL and Python.
• Hands-on work experience with a BI tool (e.g., Looker, Tableau, PowerBI).
• Statistically proficient (e.g., regression analysis, A/B testing).
• Proactive individual thriving in a fast-paced, constantly evolving business environment.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with a data transformation tool (e.g., dbt or dataform).
• Experience with version control (git).
