What you will do
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities and translate business requirements into data models.
- Propose and implement business performance metrics and set up monitoring.
- Enable self-service data leverage for business insights via dashboarding tools (e.g., Looker).
- Ensure new business initiatives are reviewed through a decision scientist's lens and proven impactful.
- Bring data-driven ideas to improve hub processes and proactively flag issues.
- Define the requirements for A/B testing and analyze the results of the tests.
Requirements
- Fluent in spoken and written English.
- Must be based in Europe for hybrid work arrangements.
- Proficient in SQL and Python.
- Hands-on work experience with a BI tool (e.g., Looker, Tableau, PowerBI).
- Statistically proficient (e.g., regression analysis, A/B testing).
- Proactive individual thriving in a fast-paced, constantly evolving business environment.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with a data transformation tool (e.g., dbt or dataform).
- Experience with version control (git).
