What you will do
- Plan, execute, and manage high-ROI user acquisition campaigns across top ad networks.
- Track and analyze key metrics using tools like Adjust, Firebase, and Looker.
- Work with the creative team to drive A/B and multivariate testing on ad creatives.
- Identify new traffic sources, targeting methods, and emerging industry trends.
Requirements
- 4+ years of hands-on experience in Mobile Game User Acquisition (Hypercasual or Hybrid-casual preferred).
- Proven track record of managing and scaling large monthly ad budgets profitably.
- Hands-on experience with MMPs (Adjust/AppsFlyer) and BI/Analytics tools (Firebase, Looker).
- Communication in English.
- Highly autonomous, proactive problem-solver.
