What you will do
- Design and execute A/B testing initiatives, ensuring insights are shared and implemented to improve performance and scalability.
- Manage significant paid UA budgets for a portfolio of mobile games, optimizing spend efficiency and maximizing returns.
- Develop, execute, and monitor user acquisition strategies across various channels including social networks, SDK ad networks, DSPs, and Apple Search Ads.
- Steer and optimize performance through key metrics (CPI, ROAS, retention) by analyzing results across networks, campaigns, and countries.
- Build and nurture relationships with top advertising partners, identifying negotiation and strategic collaboration opportunities.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends and industry best practices.
Requirements
- Strong hands-on experience in mobile gaming UA, ideally with a focus on casual or IAP-driven strategies.
- Deep understanding of the mobile app ecosystem, including MMPs, mediation partners, analytics solutions, and UA platforms (Facebook Ads, Google Ads, Apple Search Ads, SDK Ad Networks, DSPs).
- Analytical strength and data-driven mindset, with proficiency in UA analytical tools and techniques.
- Proven ability to take initiative and deliver results in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to align stakeholders and drive shared objectives.
- Must be based in European time zones (UTC to UTC+3).
