Salary: $80,000–$90,000 (plus bonus)

What you will do

• Lead execution across multiple creator campaigns simultaneously, ensuring deliverables, timelines, and communications remain on track.
• Improve and standardize campaign execution processes to help the team scale operations efficiently.
• Serve as a primary operational point of contact for campaigns, coordinating between talent managers, creators, sales, and clients.
• Proactively manage campaign timelines, asset collection, approvals, deliverables tracking, and reporting requirements.
• Identify risks or delays early and drive solutions to keep campaigns moving smoothly.
• Support prioritization and mentor junior campaign coordinators or managers to elevate team execution quality and consistency.

Requirements

• Strong passion for gaming, creator culture, and digital content.
• Experience managing brand or influencer marketing campaigns or similar multi-stakeholder projects.
• Strong project management and operational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Comfortable building and improving processes in a fast-growing environment.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities simultaneously while maintaining high execution quality.
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with platforms including Twitch, TikTok, YouTube, Discord, Twitter, and Google Workspace.
• Comfortable working weekends or nontraditional hours.
