Senior Solutions Architect (AI): Designs and leads AI-enabled content solutions for global customers with an accent on shaping client strategy, building business cases, and defining scalable architectures. Focus on leading executive-level workshops, embedding security/compliance, and collaborating on product roadmap to accelerate AI adoption.

Location: Hybrid in Switzerland, requiring office attendance 2 days a week or less in one of our Switzerland offices.

What you will do

• Lead executive-level discovery and solution workshops, crafting compelling narratives and demos.
• Build ROI-tied business cases and competitive win strategies.
• Lead solutioning for complex RFPs, including pricing models and financial narratives.
• Partner with Sales to define go-to-market strategies and develop enablement assets.
• Embed security & compliance (e.g., GDPR, SOC 2, ISO 27001) and data governance into designs.
• Collaborate with Product and internal SMEs to shape the roadmap and accelerate AI-enabled services adoption.

Requirements

• Deep experience in localization/globalization and enterprise content workflows.
• Proven track record delivering AI-enabled solutions.
• Executive presence and persuasive storytelling skills.
• Financial aptitude for creating competitive, profitable proposals.
• End-to-end solution design across multi-system landscapes, with strong API/integration design.
• Market awareness of trends in AI and content/language tech.
• English and German or French proficiency required.
