What you will do
- Conduct consultations with prospective and existing clients to understand their anti-fraud and transaction monitoring needs.
- Deliver tailored product demos illustrating how ’s platform addresses specific client use cases and compliance requirements.
- Guide clients through the API testing process, collaborating with their technical teams for smooth handovers.
- Support existing clients in adopting or expanding their use of anti-fraud and transaction monitoring tools, highlighting integration benefits and ROI.
- Provide expert guidance on AML, compliance, and fraud prevention strategies.
- Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Legal teams to ensure a seamless client experience.
Requirements
- Proven experience in fraud prevention and transaction monitoring within iGaming or crypto exchanges.
- Sound understanding of AML, compliance, and fraud prevention principles.
- Familiarity with API integrations and comfort working with technical teams.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, engaging both technical and non-technical audiences.
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-moving environment.
- Advanced English and proficiency in at least one additional language (German or Spanish preferred).
Nice to have
- Legal and/or compliance background.
- Fraud investigation experience, especially with device intelligence and behavioral analytics.
