TL;DR

Location: Hybrid schedule (Monday and Friday remote, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday on-site) in London, UK.

What you will do

  • Build and manage client relationships, providing end-to-end customer service and account management.
  • Deliver outstanding brief responses and educate clients on programmatic activations.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to launch new campaigns and troubleshoot existing ones.
  • Analyze advertising data and communicate problem solutions to various ad industry stakeholders.
  • Maximise the value of existing campaigns and deals across programmatic advertising formats.
  • Help drive revenue and contribute to internal organization and product development planning.

Requirements

  • Proactive mindset, attention to detail, and strong organizational skills.
  • Strong numerical, analytical, Excel, and PowerPoint skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, plus presentation skills.
  • Ability to build relationships with clients and cross-functional teams.
  • Motivation for driving revenue and meeting sales targets.
  • An interest in marketing and programmatic advertising.
  • Ability to adapt to a changing environment and problem-solve.
  • Ambition, high energy, and will to succeed.
