Location: This is a hybrid role based in the United States, requiring work in an office at least 80% of the time (4 days per week) in Bellevue/Seattle, Los Angeles, San Francisco, Palo Alto, or New York. Relocation to these US cities is encouraged and supported by a generous policy.

Salary: $334,000-$500,000 annually (depending on US pay zone and experience).

What you will do

• Work with internal and external stakeholders to re-envision and scale Business Experience.
• Drive Business Interfaces, Business APIs, Business Platform, Recommendations, Business Experience ML Platform, and Creator Monetization efforts.
• Oversee day-to-day operations of Business Experience teams across multiple offices.
• Develop organizational-level goals and drive the technical and organizational roadmap for the engineering team.
• Build and develop a team of exceptional software engineers and technical leaders.
• Influence key decisions on architecture and implementation of scalable, reliable, and cost-effective engineering solutions.

Requirements

• BS/BA in a technical field such as Computer Science or equivalent experience required.
• 12+ years of software engineering experience required.
• 6+ years of experience managing a team required.
• Experience with Ad Tech and online marketing technologies required.
• Demonstrated experience leading a large team at scale and managing engineering with an eye to driving efficiency.
• Previous experience partnering with cross-functional executives and management across a globally distributed organization.

• Experience with UI, API, and Data platforms.
