Salary: $98,000 – $125,000 a year

What you will do

• Train, manage, and mentor the art team in close collaboration with the Art Director.
• Provide hands-on support for team learning and adaptation to the existing art pipeline for asset creation and implementation.
• Manage scope and deliver detailed feedback across various artist sub-disciplines.
• Foster a collaborative, creative, and supportive team environment.
• Conduct research and provide reference materials for AAA quality asset visual development.

Requirements

• 5+ years of industry experience.
• Experience leading art teams in a senior or lead capacity.
• Ability to work in proprietary game engines.
• Proficiency in creating 3D production assets using Zbrush and Maya.
• Ability to create Substance materials using Painter and Designer.
• Effective communication and cross-discipline collaboration experience, especially with Art Directors.

Nice to have

• Passion for science fiction.
• Experience with 3ds Max.
• Experience working on a live product.
