Location: Hybrid in Dublin, Ireland (3 days per week in office)

What you will do

• Source, engage, and close candidates using market research, competitive intelligence, and industry insight.
• Build and maintain passive and active talent pipelines across target functions.
• Own the full candidate lifecycle from initial outreach through offer and close.
• Partner closely with Hiring Managers to understand talent needs and develop interview strategies.
• Build cross-functional relationships with HR Business Partners, People Operations, Compensation, Global Mobility, and Immigration teams.
• Provide weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting on recruiting activities and pipeline health.

Requirements

• Strong experience of full-cycle inhouse recruiting.
• Experience recruiting in the video game industry, including technical and creative functions.
• Proven track record recruiting in international environments across multiple regions (EMEA and APAC).
• Demonstrated success managing multiple hiring teams and shifting priorities.
• Exceptional client management, organizational, and communication skills.
• Expert proficiency with full-cycle ATS and recruiting platforms.

Nice to have

• Proficiency with Greenhouse, LinkedIn Talent Insights, or similar CRM and analytics tools.
