Technical Product Manager - AI Cloud Observability

What you will do

• Define and manage the product vision, roadmap, and priorities for observability services in hirify.global Cloud.
• Own and manage the product backlog for observability service teams.
• Lead and coordinate key cross-company initiatives related to observability implementations.
• Collaborate with engineering and architecture teams to define requirements and deliver new observability features.
• Partner with marketing and pre/post-sales teams on go-to-market activities and customer engagement.
• Ensure delivery of high-quality observability services, including ML-focused observability scenarios.

Requirements

• Experience designing, implementing, or operating large-scale observability platforms in senior engineering, architecture, or technical leadership roles.
• Hands-on familiarity with observability technologies like OTLP, Prometheus, Grafana, VictoriaMetrics, and ClickHouse.
• Strong technical expertise in at least two areas: logging/monitoring/tracing backends, metrics trend analysis, observability UX, or observability for ML workloads.
• Proven track record of delivering complex technical initiatives requiring cross-team coordination.
• English: B2 required.

• Experience creating technical documentation, guides, or learning materials for observability platforms.
