What you will do

• Develop and manage enterprise-wide testing frameworks to enhance compliance effectiveness.
• Execute control testing and risk assurance activities across all enterprise functions (Compliance, Operations, Finance, HR, IT).
• Evaluate control evidence, identify gaps or deficiencies, and document findings with actionable recommendations.
• Partner with SMEs and control owners to clarify processes and resolve testing issues.
• Maintain testing schedules and ensure all documentation is audit-ready.
• Support issue remediation and continuous improvement initiatives for Risk Assurance processes.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in compliance testing, audit, risk management, or quality assurance, preferably in fintech, financial services, or crypto/blockchain industries.
• Strong understanding of control design, operating effectiveness testing, and evidence evaluation.
• Experience executing test scripts, documenting results, and identifying testing gaps.
• Solid knowledge of risk and control frameworks (RCSA, COSO principles, process flows).
• Strong analytical skills and clear, concise written communication for documentation.
• Ability to partner with SMEs, testers, and control owners.
• Must be based in the United States.

Nice to have

• Experience with QA reviews or peer reviews of control testing work.
• Familiarity with GRC tools (Archer, ServiceNow, MetricStream).
• Basic data analysis skills (Excel formulas, pivot tables).
• Understanding of OCC/FRB regulatory expectations around internal controls.
• Industry certifications such as CRCM, CAMS.
